Jig

Modern vehicles are increasingly complex, therefore a large scale body repair shop such as ours requires the training, knowledge, skill and state of the art equipment needed for the precise and technical are of frame straightening. Our Spanesi Jig is able to straighten heavy impact damage to your vehicle by reversing the forces of the collision.With up to 10 tons of pulling power even the strongest chassis members can be realigned, then, using the measuring beams and gantry, your vehicle can be returned accurately by our professional technicians to the manufacturer’s specification.

DuPont A branded in-house paint match and mix system

We have invested in a specialist DuPont mix and match paint system to ensure perfect paint matches and this is all done on site for all makes and models.

Two low bake ovens

When your vehicle first rolled off the production line, the paint was ‘baked’ in industrial ovens. To ensure the same high level of finishing when we repair the paintwork on your vehicle we installed not one but two low bake ovens in our accident repair centre one for cars and the other for light commercial vehicles as well as cars. Our low bake ovens ensure a controlled and dust-free environment, quicker and better quality spraying and constant dry times.

Workshops

We have a dedicated workshop at our premises to ensure that your vehicle does not have to be left outside and subject to UK weather whilst undergoing repairs. Our workshop also ensures that we have plenty of space when conducting body/chassis straightening work.
